Our Policies

Intake Form & Wavier 

Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the date, time and location. There will be your dog’s intake form and the wavier that will need to be completed prior to your appointment.

If you are unable to fill out the forms for any reason, please call or email us for assistance. 


Completing your forms prior to drop off will help for a quick handoff and will ensure we have the time we need to sanitize our work station between each pup. 


Deposit

Paying a deposit is 3 days prior to your appointment is mandatory. Currently this will be received by email transfer, though we are working on an online payment option.


If we do not have a confirmed deposit by 3 days before your appointment, unfortunately we will have to cancel and reschedule your dog’s teeth cleaning to a later date and time.


Late Drop Off

If you are over 10 minutes late, unfortunately we will have to reschedule your cleaning to a later date and time. This is to ensure we have the proper amount of time to sanitize in between each client and to complete your dog’s teeth cleaning. Your deposit will not be refunded in this case.


Please contact us if you are running late, the initial check may still be possible and is beneficial if there is adequate 


Late Pick Up 

If you are over 10 minutes late we will be implementing a $50.00 late fee.


As we do not want to enforce this policy we ask that you arrive on time for pick up to ensure there is no overlap between clients dropping off and picking up. Our staff will advise of your pick up time after we check on your pups teeth.

During our initial check our staff will have you wait close by so that they can advise of your pick up time or discuss any areas we may be concerned about. If you are not present (at a daycare facility) please ensure you have access to your phone during your scheduled appointment time so that our staff can reach you if needed.


No Show 

Your deposit will not be refunded should you miss your appointment. 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policies ahead of your appointment, please let us know.


Cancellations 

We kindly ask for at least 3 days’ notice when canceling an appointment. That said, we completely understand that unexpected situations can arise. If your dog becomes ill (including vomiting or diarrhea) or experiences an injury, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule accordingly. Your pet’s health and well-being are always our top priority.
